Viele Menschen aus der Ukraine suchten neues Land zum Bebauen und Leben und entschieden sich für das Gebiet Orenburg. Unter anderem wurde auch das Dorf Kanzerovka gegründet, in dem viele Menschen eine neue Heimat fanden.
